PURPOSE: To store or take out a high pressure gas without being influenced by a geological condition.
CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical artificial water barrier wall 5 is built in the ground, and the inside of the artificial water barrier wall is dug. Then, on the bottom of the dug inside of the artificial water barrier wall, an artificial gravel 7 is packed, and an artificial impermeable layer 9 such as mortar, etc., is provided on the top of the packed artificial gravel, and the top of the artificial impermeable layer is filled back. Also, a vent pipe 15 which communicates the inside of the artificial gravel and equipment on the ground 1 is provided in such a manner that a strainer part of the vent pipe may be arranged in the artificial gravel to constitute the title structure for storage.
