A tail pipe 4 of a muffler comprises a fixed pipe 2 which is extended from a rear face of a muffler body 1, and a movable pipe which is engaged with the fixed pipe 2 movably in the forward and backward direction, and which can be fixed on an arbitrary position, a position of a rear edge opening part 3a of the tail pipe 4 can be adjusted, and the movable pipe 3 side can be exchanged.
