Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an angle characteristic of a radar without affecting a detection characteristic of a radar device.SOLUTION: In a structure (a vehicle 1) having a radar device capable of detecting an angle of a target mounted, a radar device 10 is arranged so that a detection surface of the radar device squarely faces a resin member (a bumper 2) of the structure in a space sandwiched by the resin member and a metal member (a body 3) of the structure, and a rear side surface located on a rear side of the detection surface squarely faces the metal member. At least a partial area around an area squarely facing the radar device of the metal member has an inclination relative to a surface orthogonal to a field-of-vision center direction of the radar device, and a part having the inclination causes a reflection wave due to a reflection by the metal member and the resin member to be reflected out of the field of view, and thereby unwanted reception is reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
