Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make brazing strength uniform in each part when a tank is brazed while the axis line thereof is maintained in a horizontal direction, in a structure for brazing the tank for a heat exchanger where a lid member 2 is fitted to an opening end of a tank body 1.SOLUTION: The tank body 1 has a U-shape constituted of a substantially semi-circle bottom part and two parallel lateral walls extending from the bottom part and each having different length. In brazing, the longer lateral wall is disposed so as to be on an upper side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
