To provide a structure ensuring an electromagnetic wave propagation blocking effect in a desired frequency band with a simple configuration.
The structure has a plurality of signal conductors, a plurality of conduction conductors conducting, respectively, with the signal conductors, and a capacitive member or capacitance characteristics between the plurality of signal conductors. Each of the plurality of conduction conductors has a contact part capable of coming into contact with other conductor. When a plurality of contact parts come into contact with other conductors, an EBG structure consisting of a plurality of capacitive signal conductors blocking propagation of electromagnetic waves in a specific frequency band, and a plurality of inductive conduction conductors and conductor ground plate is obtained. Consequently, electromagnetic waves propagating on other conductor are interrupted.
