Abstract:
To provide structures of a front wheel and an operating rod for a kickboard which moves forward by swaying the operating rod back and forth without continuing to kick with a foot.
A ratchet is incorporated in a rotary shaft of a front wheel 3 so that it rotates only in one way and is rotatably journaled and its bearing is connected with a cover and a step. Both ends of the rotary shaft are fixed to an operating rod 25 by an operating rod support 27, and a spring 30 is suspended between the step and the support. A forward operation by swinging the operating rod back and forth rotates a rotary shaft only in one way to drive the wheel 3 and the position of the operating rod is restored by the spring 30.
