To provide a submersible electric pump capable of forcibly operating the submersible electric pump by itself.SOLUTION: A submersible electric pump 3a includes a submersible electric pump body 31 and a control unit 32 for controlling operation of the submersible electric pump body 31 on the basis of the water level of a place where the submersible electric pump body 31 is installed.
