Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate capable of obtaining excellent characteristics over a wide frequency range, and to provide an antenna including the same.SOLUTION: The substrate and the antenna include an insulator layer (12) and a pair of conductive layers (11, 13) that sandwich the insulator layer therebetween. One (13) of the pair of conductive layers includes a pattern in which a plurality of conductive elements (131) are arranged in a predetermined period so as to reflect an electromagnetic wave of a predetermined frequency at the same phase. The insulator layer is so configured as to include a plurality of magnetic layers (121, 122) whose directions of axes of easy magnetization (A1, A2) are different.
