PURPOSE:To eliminate any computers, external power source etc., so as to reduce the cost of equipment of a solar power generating device, by following up the sun with the device by driving a motor directly connected with solar battery panel pairs of one or more pairs by using the difference in the electromotive force of the panels when some of them are shaded. CONSTITUTION:A ventilation port 39 is formed by cutting off parts of a sollar battery array 33 and base 4 at the back of the array 3. Sunrays 2 pass through the ventilation port 39 and cast the shadow of the port 39 on panels below. When, for oexample, the sun is at the west side, the shadown of the ventilation port 39 is projected on the west side panel 14 and no shadow is projected on the east side panel 15. Therefore, the electromotive force of the panel 14 drops than that of the east side panel 15. By utilizing the difference in the electromotive force, the motore of an azimuth alpha driving mechanism 8 directly connected with both panels 14 and 15 is directly rotated and the vertical shaft 7 of the array 3 is rotated, so as to change the bearing of the array 3 westward. In the same manner, the angle of elevation beta of the array 3 is corrected by moving the motor of an angle of elevation beta driving mechanism 9 by directly utilizing the the difference in outputs from the north and south panels 17 and 16.
