To provide a sun visor for a vehicle capable of forming a guide path for guiding the terminal of a connection wire easily inside the sun visor body.
The sun visor body 20 is formed in a hollow shape by a first shell 21 and a second shell 22 split in the thickness direction. A recess 30 for mounting mating with an electric appliance 51 is formed on the surface of the first shell 21 or the second shell 22, and at one side-wall 33 thereof an opening 34 to admit the insertion of the connection wire 15 is formed. Guide walls 37 and 38 to constitute the guide path 35 for guiding the terminal 16 of the connection wire 15 toward the opening 34 are formed protrusively on the inner surface(s) of at least one of the shells 21 and 22. Guide ribs 40 and 42 shaped in a plurality of ridges which are inclined in such a way as heightening from the specified position nearer the downstream of the guide path 35 gradually toward the downstream end and whose top ends confront the height position of the open edge of the opening 35, are provided protrusively along the guide path 35 in such a way as being approximately parallel.
