Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a super-ionic conducting oxide material exhibiting excellent ionic conductivity at a low temperature by specifying the composition composed of Ln (Y, La, etc.), M (Ba, Sr, etc.), N (Zn, Fe, etc.), Cu and O.

CONSTITUTION: The objective super-ionic conducting oxide material having an oxygen-deficient structure and exhibiting high ionic conductivity at a low temperature is a composition composed of Ln2M(Cu1-xNx)O5 (Ln is one or more elements selected from Y, La, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er and Tm; M is one or more elements selected from Ba, Sr and Ca; N is one or more elements selected from Zn, Fe, Li, Ni, Co, Cr, Nb and Ta; x is 0-0.5). The material can be applied to a solid fuel cell, a catalyst sensor for automobile, etc.
