Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a super-water-repellent organic/inorganic composite membrane.
SOLUTION: This super-water-repellent organic/inorganic composite membrane of a new concept and exhibiting excellent separation performance is formed with a skin layer chemically fixed with a functional polymer by using a Grafting-From surface polymerization process on the surface of a porous inorganic base having a flactal surface structure and pores of an nm to μm range.
