To provide a superconductive rotating machine, which is possible of improving the efficiency of a wire rod in a device and can be utilized for various scales of power generation while coping with large-scale power generation, in which high output density can be obtained.
The superconductive rotating machine 1 has a group 2 of superconductive field coils, in which a plurality of superconductive field coils, being constituted by winding oxide superconductors, are arrayed in a circumferential direction to be capable of generating magnetic flux around an axis which constitutes one circumference, a group 4 of armature coils, which includes a plurality of armature coils being arranged to cross the magnetic flux, and a rotor, which rotates the group 2 of the superconductive field coils relative to the group 4 of the armature coils.
