Title:
SUPERCONDUCTIVE CERAMIC ELEMENT AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH01319977
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain stable superconductive characteristics, and to sense a magnetic field, etc., in high sensibility by burying two conductors into a flaky superconductive ceramics and projecting the tip sections of the conductors from ceramics. CONSTITUTION:A flaky superconductive ceramic element 2 is placed onto a base 1. Four leads 3a-3d are fitted to the superconductive ceramic element 2 by the following means. The four leads 3a-3d are connected respectively to four terminals 4a-4d for inputting constant currents and measuring voltage. These terminals 4a-4d are inserted into through-holes formed to the base 1. An infrared transmitting window material 5a composed of a KRS-5 sheet, an silicon sheet, etc., is mounted to a cap 5. The cap 5 is set up to the base 1, and hermetically sealed under the state of the pressure of dry oxygen gas.
