Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supper heat steam generator capable of further effectively generating supper heat steam.SOLUTION: A superheated steam generator comprises: a steam superheat part for generating superheated steam by superheating steam with a burner; a steam supply passage through which steam is supplied to the steam superheat part from the primary side of the steam superheat part; a steam flow adjustment part for adjusting the flow rate of the steam supplied to the steam superheat part; a superheated steam supply passage for supplying the superheated steam generated in the steam superheat part to the secondary side of the steam superheat part; a superheated steam temperature detection part for detecting the temperature of the superheated steam in the superheated steam supply passage; and a control part for controlling the steam flow adjustment part. The control part includes: a warming-up operation mode for controlling the steam flow adjustment part so as to supply the steam at a first flow rate to the steam superheat part; and a normal operation mode in which when the temperature detection value of the superheated steam temperature detection part is the predetermined temperature or more, the steam flow adjustment part is controlled so as to supply the steam at a second flow rate which is larger than the first flow rate to the steam superheat part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
