To provide an excellent anti-inflammatory inhibiting decomposition of hyaluronic acid together with largely prolonged half-life period in living body.
The macromolecular hyaluronic acid-human type MnSOD (superoxide dismutase) bonded substance is obtained by chemically bonding the macromolecular hyaluronic acid especially with a human type MnSOD. The macromolecular hyaluronic acid-human type MnSOD bonded substance presents an excellent anti-inflammatory expressing a synergistic effect of original effects of both agents by preventing decomposition of the hyaluronic acid by an active oxygen and contributes enhancement of the hyaluronic acid.
