PURPOSE: To attain supervision for a long time even with one person and to prevent motion from being missed by detecting an operating vector from the output signals of plural television cameras and executing the selection and output of the output signal of the correspondent television camera from a selector when the operating vector is larger than a prescribed value.
CONSTITUTION: The device equips plural television cameras 1-1W1-n, an operating vector deciding part 2 to respectively detect the output signals of these plural television cameras 1-1W1-n and to output a signal to designate the television camera, in which the size of the operating vector is larger than the prescribed value, and a selector 3 to execute the selection and output of the output signal of the television camera, which is designated by a signal from this operating vector deciding part 2, and adds the output signal to a monitor television 4 or a recording device 5 such as a video tape recorder, etc. Thus, the output signal of the television camera, which is decided to be operated, is selected and outputted by the selector 3 and the monitor television displays the output signal. Then, a supervisor can confirm a burglar or the abnormal condition of an equipment by the display screen and concerning plural places, the supervision can be easily executed for a long time.
