Abstract:
例えば鋳造機のような射出成形機における金属溶湯のための供給装置は、金属溶湯のための貯湯容器と、成形キャビティに金属溶湯の供給する供給通路とを有する。供給通路はシリンダを含み、そのシリンダ内にピストンが軸方向に移動可能に配置されている。金属溶湯のために収集チャンバが設けられ、その収集チャンバから金属溶湯がピストンの軸方向の移動によって後続管路を通して成形キャビティに導入される。ピストンの外壁とシリンダの内壁との間に環状空間が形成されており、その環状空間が少なくとも１つの充填孔を介して収集チャンバに連通している。収集チャンバに開口する充填孔の端部が、移動可能な弁棒に結合された弁体により閉鎖可能であり、弁棒がピストンの軸方向孔内に移動可能に配置されている。【選択図】図１
