Title:
SUPPLY MECHANISM TO DISPENSER MEANS AND REFRIGERATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH06213557
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a refrigerator having a mechanism capable of simply and easily mounting utility conduits on a door without requiring any ink with the door.

CONSTITUTION: Utility conduits (electric conductors and water conduits) for a dispenser 21 mounted on a door 14 are conducted to the inside of the door 14 from below a cabinet through an inflexible tube. The first section of the tube rests on a shelf 24 under the refrigerator cabinet and the second section of the tube projects into a bottom part 25 of the door 14 in freestanding relationship to the door 14. The lengths of the first and second sections of the tube are made enough to allow the second section to stay in the door 14 without the need of any mechanical connection between the tube and door 14.
