Abstract:
To provide a supply method of a raw cover R capable of more accurately and efficiently carrying out phase matching of the raw cover R with respect to a mold.SOLUTION: A supply method, being a supply method of a raw cover R for supplying the raw cover R to a vulcanization machine 6, includes: (1) a placement step for placing the raw cover R onto a stock table 10 for conveying the raw cover R toward the vulcanization machine 6; (2) a conveyance step for conveying the raw cover R placed on the stock table 10 toward the vulcanization machine 6 and placing the raw cover R onto an alignment table 12 arranged directly in front of the vulcanization machine 6; and (3) an alignment step for rotating the raw cover R placed on the alignment table 12 to match the phase of the raw cover R with the phase of the raw cover R when the raw cover R is introduced into a mold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
