Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive and compact supply unit for molding resin tablets and a transfer type molding machine.
SOLUTION: The supply unit for molding resin tablets in the transfer type molding machine is constituted of a magazine to house the plurality of molding resin tablets, a magazine shutter to cut off one molding resin tablet from the magazine, a chute to supply the one molding resin tablet cut off from the magazine to a mold pot, a chute shutter to cut out the molding resin tablet in the chute on the mold pot, an actuator to operate the chute, a link arm to support the chute, a supporting shaft to support the whole of the supply unit for the molding resin tablets, and a connecting block to connect the shaft and the tie bar of the molding machine.
