PURPOSE: To automatically circulate a magnetic toner and to efficiently use it by fixedly providing a blade member, which removes the magnetic toner attracted to a magnetic belt means, on or near the magnetic belt means in a toner supply part.
CONSTITUTION: In a toner supply part 11, blade members 18... which remove a magnetic toner 10 attracted to a magnetic belt means 14 are fixedly provided on both sides of the magnetic belt means 14 so that they are brought into contact with this means 14. When the magnetic toner 10 is carried into the toner supply part 11, blade members 18 brought into contact with the magnetic belt means 14 stop movement of the magnetic toner 10 stuck to the magnetic belt means 14. The magnetic attraction to the magnetic belt means 14 is weakened according as the magnetic toner 10 is accumulated on blade members 18... and the magnetic toner 10 is dropped off blade members 18. This magnetic toner is used as the magnetic toner 10 for transfer again.
