Abstract:
To optimize a personnel distribution in a production process that includes manual work, that takes into consideration the fatigue level and the skill of the workers.
Operation state data for operation rate, working time, cycle time and efficiency percentage in operation of the production process, including manual work, is fetched into a production process simulator to perform simulation of the production process; and when bottlenecks with the operating efficiency as an index are extracted, and optimization of arrangement of workers for uniformizing the productivity of each process, based on the extraction result of bottle necks, optimum personnel distribution that takes into account the workers' fatigue and the workers's skill is performed.
