To provide a support which can stably support a load at the time of runflat travelling, and a pneumatic runflat tire.
A supporting section 26 receives the load by two protrusions 27A and 28A at the time of runflat travelling. In this case, the rotation axis O of the support 16 tilts to a road surface G by the imparting of a camber angle θc when tires are fitted, however, a connecting member 30 which connects the protrusions 27A and 28A is elastically deformed, and the protrusions 27A and 28A come into contact with a tread section 24 by an approximately equal pressure at the time of runflat travelling. Therefore, an approximately equal load is applied to either one of the protrusions 27A and 28A, and a stable load supporting becomes possible.
