PURPOSE: To absorb dispersion in the accuracy of the bore diameter and bore position of a positioning pin by forming the positioning pin of a collar part to receive the pressing force of a spring, a cylindrical part fittedly inserted in the fixing hole of a pin holder, a conical part inserted in a pilot hole and a guide part.

CONSTITUTION: A positioning pin 4 is formed of, a conical part which is smaller than the diameter of the pilot hole 3 of a product 1 on an upper side and larger than the diameter of a pilot hole 3 on a lower side, a cylindrical part which is the same in a diameter as the bottom face and inserted in the fixing hole of the pin holder 6 of a device 2, and a collar-shaped part, which is accommodated in the lower recess of the pin holder 6, and pressedly supported on its lower face by a spring 5. Thus positional discrepancy or the like can be absorbed for improvement in the homogenization and inspection-test of the product.
