Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate the need for addition of the circuit to compensate dispersion of a characteristic by preventing the dispersion in the characteristic due to the effect of a stray capacity and an inductance by a member to connect an output electrode of a surface acoustic wave element and a matching circuit.
CONSTITUTION: A matching circuit 16 is formed on a piezoelectric substrate 11 on which surface acoustic wave stimulation interdigital input electrodes 12, 13 and an output electrode 14 are formed, and the matching circuit 16 is formed by an open stub 161 and a transmission line 162. Thus, the output electrode 14 and the matching circuit 16 are directly and electrically connected not through a wire.
