Abstract:

To easily detect a convolution output signal by improving input output isolation.

This device has a surface acoustic wave element provided with 1st and 2nd input electrodes 2, 3 exciting a surface acoustic wave, an output electrode 5 in common use for a surface acoustic wave guide path propagating a surface acoustic wave excited by the input electrodes 2, 3 in both directions, a stem 9 and a cap 10 containing the surface acoustic wave element on a piezoelectric substrate 1. In this case, a separate means made of a material covering a surface of a conductive material or a nonconductive material to separate a wire 4a to connect the 1st input electrode 2 and the input lead pin 7a of the stem 9 and a wire 6 to connect the output electrode 5 and an output lead pin 8 of the stem 9 and to separate a wire 4b to connect the 2nd input electrode 3 and the input lead pin 7b of the stem 9 and a wire to connect an output lead pin 8 with a conductive thin film is provided in the inside of the cap 10.
