Abstract:

PURPOSE: To repeatedly use a non-plywood wooden board as a concrete panel material excellent in water resistance and chemical resistance by bonding a coating material such as a polyolefin film to the surface of the board through a hot melt adhesive.

CONSTITUTION: A hot-melt adhesive is applied to the upper and rear surfaces of an MDF board to be cooled to room temp. and a polyolefin film is subsequently applied and bonded to the upper and rear surfaces of the board. The surface coated non-plywood wooden board thus obtained is excellent in water resistance, heat and cold resistance and adhesion durability and a concrete panel material utilizing this board can be repeatedly used.
