Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject film excellent in punching properties and solvent resistance, hardly generating dimensional change due to moisture absorption, etc., even under high humidity environment such as rainy season and useful for IC package production step, etc., by providing a moisture-proof layer in one surface of a substrate and providing a tacky layer on the other surface.
SOLUTION: This surface protecting film is obtained by providing a moisture- proofing layer on one surface of a cellulose acetate-based film substrate and directly or indirectly providing a tacky agent layer on the other surface. Furthermore, a cellulose diacetate, etc., produced by casting method is used as the substrate and the thickness of the substrate is preferably 15-30μm. In the moisture-proofing layer, moisture permeability is ≤200g/m2.24hr at 40°C and 90% RH and polyvinylidene chloride is used as the material and the thickness of the layer is preferably 0.1-10μm. In the tacky agent layer, an acrylic copolymer is used as the material and the tacky force is preferably 20-300g/25mm as SP tacky force and the thickness is preferably 1-20μm.
