To provide a surface protective sheet for a solar cell module which is excellent in light resistance, heat resistance, water resistance, waterproof and antifouling properties, and has very high protective capability, and a solar cell using the same.
A vapor-deposited film 2 of an inorganic oxide is provided on one surface of a fluororesin sheet 1, and a coating film 3 of a resin compound, in which an ethylene-vinyl alcohol polymer is employed as the main content of a vehicle, is provided on the vapor-deposited thin film 2 of the inorganic oxide. Moreover, an antifouling layer 4 and/or an ultraviolet ray absorbing layer 5 are/is provided on one or both surfaces of the fluororesin sheet 1 provided with the vapor-deposited thin film 2 of the inorganic oxide and the coating film 2.
