Abstract:
To provide a treatment method capable of improving adhesiveness of a fluorine resin.SOLUTION: An article to be treated 9 containing a fluorine resin is arranged in a treatment space 1a close to atmospheric pressure, formed between a pair of electrodes 11 and 21 each other. A process gas containing an electrical discharge gas such as Ar is supplied to the treatment space 1a from a process gas nozzle 14. Also HO is added to the process gas by an addition part 33. Electric voltage is applied between electrodes 11 and 12 and electrical discharge is generated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
