Abstract:
To provide a surface treatment method by which, when surface treatment for an aluminum member or the like is performed with a treatment solution, the total cost for the treatment solution inclusive of the cost for waste solution treatment can be easily reduced.
In the surface treatment method, a surface treatment solution containing hydrogen peroxide and inorganic acid is replenished with hydrogen peroxide so that the concentration of the hydrogen peroxide in the surface treatment solution is held to 1 to 100 g/L. The concentration of hydrogen peroxide can be controlled to 30 to 80 g/L, and, as the inorganic acid, phosphoric acid can be used.
