PURPOSE: To obtain 0° type and 180° type surface wave resonators by the same manufacture process by utilizing a reflector as a winding electrode for one comb-shaped electrode out of two IDT electrode and linearly arranging the electrode pad of the reflector and that of the other IDT electrode on the same side.

CONSTITUTION: When the resonance point phase 180° type is formed by connecting an electrode pad 3e, electrodes pads 3c, 4c and an electrode pad 4e respectively to a lead terminal 13, a stem 11 and a lead terminal 14, respectively, through wires 5 to 8, the 0 type is formed by bonding one end of a wire 7' connected to the pad 4c to the lead terminal 14 and bonding one end of a wire 8' connected to the pad 4e to the stem 11 without changing the connection positions of the wires 5, 6. In the case of changing the 180° type into the 0° type, only the connection method of the wires 7', 8' to the pads 4c, 4e may be changed, so that the 0° type and 180° type surface wave resonators can be obtained by the same production methods.
