Abstract:
To provide a surfactant composition capable of forming an emulsion excellent in mechanical stability and polymerization stability, and that gives a film having a sufficiently high adhesive properties and water resistance, when the film is formed from the emulsion.
The surfactant composition comprises a polymerizable monomeric surfactant represented by formula I and a polymerizable dimeric surfactant represented by formula II. In the formulae, R1 is each independently an 8-30C alkyl group; R2 is each independently hydrogen or a methyl group; A is each independently a 2-4C alkylene or substituted alkylene group; and n is each independently an integer of 0-200.
