PURPOSE: To prevent a detecting sensor of oil kinds from being immersed into oil on inserting a feed oil nozzle into the oil inlet filled with oil.

CONSTITUTION: A feed oil nozzle 6 is lowered from a delivery unit 4 of the high position 3 of a gas station. A vapour suction tube 30 sucking the vapour remaining in a tank is wound spiraly in a feed oil hose 5. A pressure sensor 37 and a detecting sensor 38 of oil kinds are arranged in an air vent pipe 32 for detecting the oil kinds, connected to the vapour suction tube 30. On sucking the vapour, when the pressure sensor 37 detects the change of pressure as the oil is sucked into the vapour suction tube 30, a valve 39 for suction air is closed to suspend the suction of the air suction pump 35 and a valve 40 is opened to discharge the oil in the vapour suction tube 30 by an exhaust air pump 36.
