To provide a supporting structure of a suspension arm, suppressing deformation of a supporting part of the suspension arm when mounting the suspension arm.

The supporting part of the suspension arm constituted of a pair of supporting parts 91 and 92 is provided in a vehicle body frame. One of the supporting parts 91 and 92 is provided with a screw part 91a screwed into a fixed bolt 103. After holding an end part 110 of the suspension arm between the pair of supporting parts 91 and 92 via a spacer 112, the fixing bolt 103 is inserted and is screwed into the screw part 91a provided in one supporting part 91 to perform the positioning of the suspension arm. The other supporting part 92 side of the fixed bolt 103 is then fastened by a nut 104.
