Title:
SUSPENSION BUSH
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2010047041
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To reduce the alignment change of a tire due to the movement of a suspension arm in the vehicle transverse direction by a transverse force.

A bush 21, which is provided at the vehicle side mounting part 16a of the suspension arm (lower arm 16) of the double wishbone suspension, includes: an outer cylinder 211 arranged in the longitudinal direction; an inner cylinder 212 arranged coaxially with this outer cylinder; and an elastic body 213 which is provided in a cylindrical space A between the inner cylinder 212 and the outer cylinder 211 and which bends in the radial direction on a transverse direction load that wheels receive. The elastic body 213 includes: a first elastic body 213a, which is provided in one end of the cylindrical space A and connected integrally to the inner cylinder 212 on the inside circumferential part or to the outer cylinder 211 on the outside circumferential part; a second elastic body 213b, which is provided in the other end of the cylindrical space A and connected integrally to the inner cylinder 212 on the inside circumferential part or to the outer cylinder 211 at the outside circumferential part; and a third elastic body 213c, which is provided in the intermediate part of the cylindrical space A and can move relatively to the outer cylinder 211 on the outside circumferential part and to the inner cylinder 212 on the inside circumferential part in the axial and circumferential directions.
