To jointly provide a function as a stabilizer to a suspension device for a vehicle by a simple structure.
This suspension device for the vehicle is equipped with a pair of right and left upper rods 18 one-end sides of which are pivotally attached to a chassis frame while extending in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle, and at the same time, the other end sides of which are pivotally attached to both-end parts of an axle 10, and a pair of right and left lower rods 24 one-end sides of which are pivotally attached to the chassis frame while extending into an approximate V shape of which the interval gradually becomes smaller as approaching the rear side of the vehicle, and at the same time, the other end sides of which are pivotally attached to the approximate center of the axle 10. Then, the suspension device for the vehicle is suspended by an air spring 14 under the chassis frame. In the suspension device for the vehicle, a pair of the right and left lower rods 24 are connected with each other by a connecting member 32 comprising a twistable plate spring or a pipe material. Then, when a slippage in the vertical direction occurs on a pair of the right and left lower rods 24 by rolling or the like, the slippage of the lower rods 24 is made smaller by utilizing the reactive force of a twisting deformation of the connecting member 32 being connected with the lower rods 24.
