In a suspension device 10 having a lower arm 11 and an upper arm 12, a horizontal leaf spring 30 and a compression coil spring 40 are arranged. A rubber spring 50 is arranged between an intermediate part and a car body side member 15 up to reaching a tip part 33 from a center part of the leaf spring 30. At empty car time, the rubber spring 50 separates from the leaf spring 30, and only the leaf spring 30 and the coil spring 40 can deflect. When a load is small at loading car time, since the rubber spring 50 is compressed in an elastically deformable range by the leaf spring 30, a spring constant increases. The rubber spring 50 is completely crushed at large load time, and since the leaf spring 30 can deflect in a short span reaching the tip part 33 with the rubber spring 50 as a fulcrum, a spring constant increases further.
