Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable vibration in traveling to be effectively absorbed and damped by interposing a pair of hydraulic cylinders between right and left parts of at least one axle out of front and rear axles and a car body, and connecting the space between both hydraulic cylinders by means of a pipeline wherein an accumulator is provided.
CONSTITUTION: Pressures in respective hydraulic cylinders 11 and an accumulator 14 communicated with each other are equal to each other in the state where a car body 2 is at rest. Next, when a vehicle travels, wheels 4 are moved up and down by irregularity of the road surface, and pistons 11p of respective hydraulic cylinders 11 are extended and contracted through an axle according thereto. At this time, pressure oil is supplied to one hydraulic cylinder 11 wherein the pressure is decreased by extending of the piston 11p from the accumulator 14, while pressure oil in the other hydraulic cylinder 11 wherein pressure is increased by contracting of the piston 11p is accumulated in the acumulator. In this case, when the change of strokes of the pistons 11b is quick, the movement of pressure oil is restricted by throttles 13. Thus, the transmission of vibration to the car body 2 is effectively absorbed.
