A cantilever structure is formed by cutting a part of a frame of a fitting portion of a rear wheel axle C, is formed with an appropriate clearance therebetween (between B1 and B2), gives a room of deflection to the frame fitted with the axle and is worked as a substitute for a spring. A damper which has a load adjusting mechanism for enlarging a shock and vibration absorbing range and improving the rising comfort, is assembled in the cantilever structure.
