To provide a suspension of vehicle which can easily perform an assembling work of suspension arm to a supporting bracket through a rubber bush.

A suspension of vehicle includes a supporting bracket 9 having a pair of supporting pieces 12 and 12 which are attached to a vehicle body 2 side and face mutually by being separated in one direction A; an outer cylinder 27 which is attached to a base end side of a suspension arm 18, and arranged between both the supporting pieces 12 and 12; an inner cylinder 30 which is inserted into the outer cylinder 27 and sandwitched by both the supporting pieces 12 and 12 by being fastened with a fastener 29; and rubber bush 31 which is mounted between the outer cylinder 27 and inner cylinder 30, and connects these outer cylinder 27 and inner cylinder 30 mutually. Furthermore, the inner cylinder 30 includes an inner cylinder body 38 connected to the outer cylinder 27 with the rubber bush 31, and a movable cylinder 39 which is screwed in at least one axial end of the inner cylinder body 38, and can be projected or reversed from the inner cylinder body 38 to axially outside by its screwing.
