Abstract:
To prevent seizure in a swash plate and wear of the swash plate without providing a copper alloy containing high concentration lead on a swash plate base material.
The swash plate 50 for the swash plate compressor is arranged in a piston 7, and has the swash plate base material 5 obliquely provided on a rotatable drive shaft 2. By rotating it along with the drive shaft 2 and sliding it with respect to the piston 7 via a shoe 12, the piston 7 is reciprocated along the drive shaft. The swash plate base material 5 contains Cu, Sn, Zn, and Pb. Of the gross weight of the swash plate base material 5, Cu occupies 56-64%, Sn occupies 2.5-3.1%, and Pb occupies 0.01% or less.
