Abstract:
To provide a switched reluctance motor having a new structure, capable of responding flexibly to a requirement of a significant improvement in performance.
A switched reluctance motor 100 includes: a salient pole stator 110 that has a plurality of teeth 111 each having a coil 114 wound therearound, and magnets 112 mounted between the teeth 111; and a salient pole rotor 120 that is disposed in a central portion of the stator 110 and is rotated. The magnets 112 are mounted between the teeth 111 each having the coil 114 wound therearound.
