Abstract:
To provide a switching regulator, a power supply circuit, and a method capable of further reducing power consumption.SOLUTION: A switching regulator according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes: a fixed electrode; a movable electrode that is elastically supported by an elastic support portion and faces the fixed electrode; and a connection portion that connects or disconnects a power supply line according to an operation of the movable electrode. An electret is formed on at least one of the fixed electrode and the movable electrode, and the power line of the connection portion is connected or disconnected by changing the electrostatic attraction force by the electret.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
