Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a synchronous feeder which is economical and accurate, in a machine tool.
CONSTITUTION: In a machine tool provided with a spindle 10 and a tool rest 20 movable axially of the spindle 10 in synchronization with the rotation of the spindle 10, a synchronous feeder is composed of a detecting means 31 for detecting the rotational amount of the spindle 10, an adjusting device 33 for changing the number of pulses of an angle detecting pulse signal from the detecting means 31 per unit time with a predetermined rate and a tool rest 20 driving mechanism 22 driven by a driving pulse signal from the adjusting device 33.
