Title:
SYNCHRONOUS MOTOR OF PERMANENT MAGNET ROTOR TYPE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS6020743
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify the lubricating structure by supporting the shaft of a rotor by a synthetic resin bearing unit, and forming a recess for retaining lubricant in the bearing. CONSTITUTION:Synthetic resin bearing units 6a, 6b are secured by screws to a stator core 1, and a rotor 4 is disposed between poles formed on the core 1. Bearings 11a, 11b are respectively projected near the end of a permanent magnet rotor 4 formed at the core 1. Further, recesses 12a, 12b are respectively formed on the bearings 11a, 11b, thereby performing a role of storing lubricant such as grease. Thus, sufficient lubricant can be supplied by a simple construction.
