Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the adhesion properties of ink and toner, in the case where a white film is used as a recording paper or the like, by using a white syndiotactic film as the white film oriented at least monoaxially and provided with specified beam transmittance.
CONSTITUTION: A white film is composed of a syndiotactic polystyrene film oriented at least monoaxially and provided with a transmittance of 50% or less. As the polystyrene of 1 syndiotactic structure, polystyrene having the stereoregularity of the syndiotactic structure which is, in other words, a stereostructure represented by the constitution of positioning phenyl and substituted phenyl as side chains in the opposite direction alternately to a main chain formed by carbon - carbon bonding, is used. The film, preferably having a heat shrinkability of 2% or less, surface roughness of 0.05μm or more to 1.0μm or less and a number of inorganic particles inside, the peripheries of which are coated with thermoplastic resin, is used for the purpose.
