To provide a dye resisting agent enabling physical resist printing by a printing machine and printable by wet-on-wet method and provide a dyed cloth having excellent designing flexibility by using the resisting agent.
The invention provides [1] a syneretic dye resisting agent composed of three components comprising (1) a polysaccharide containing carboxyl group, (2) an unsaturated carboxylic acid polymer and (3) a dye adsorbing agent, [2] a syneretic resisting agent described in the term [1] wherein the polysaccharide containing carboxyl group is an alkali metal alginate or a carboxymethylcellulose alkali metal salt, [3] a syneretic resisting agent described in the term [1] or [2] wherein the unsaturated carboxylic acid polymer is a polymer of an ethylenic unsaturated carboxylic acid or a copolymer of an ethylenic unsaturated carboxylic acid and an ethylenic unsaturated monomer or their salts, and [4] a syneretic dye resisting agent described in the term [1], [2] or [3] wherein the resisting agent enables wet-on-wet printing.
