To prepare a synthetic resin film that is used as a covering material for a green house in agriculture, i.e., for producing the green house-covering material that has fine emboss pattern formed on at least one edge part in order to attain the smooth operations of rolling up or down the edge part(s) on ventilation or a synthetic resin film for producing the covering material that is directly used as it is.

In a 30-120 cm wide area (a) of the one edge part 11 in the widthwise direction of the synthetic resin film 1, a fine emboss pattern is formed in 10-90% of the whole area of the area (a), while the other edge part 12 has a clear area (b) and, a fine emboss pattern area(c) following the clear area (b) toward the middle side of the film, and the width of an area (d) which is the areas (b) and(c) is 2-20 cm and 10% to <100% of the whole area of the area (d) is finely embossed.
